I didn't see this clearly outlined anywhere, and ended up fumbling through many threads of people pointing to poor suggestions like the complete removal/reinstallation of G Hub, or completely reformatting a PC to overcome the issue, but nothing that would lead to an immediate solution.

When the new windows update rolled out i installed it and and My Ghub would have the "loading forever" problem so i uninstalled the program but when i downloaded the Ghub installer It would say "We have found old files from Ghub but they are corrupted/broken if you install now this process will delete the old files" (Translated from Polish by memory sorry!) And it would be siting on the "deleting old file's" for the rest of its life.A few minutes ago I encountered a scenario where I had two of the same device (one a replacement for the other) in G Hub and couldn't find a clear method to remove the old one. I haven't found an answer to this problem across many subreddit's so i'm making one here. I made this post to help out the poor people that have to deal with this.
